Our top priority is to help you achieve the best possible skin. We recognize that everyone's skin is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another.
Refunds
Please be aware that we have a strict no-refund policy for all sales of our products.
As our orders are meticulously crafted by hand, we do not accept returns. However, if you happen to receive an incorrect item, simply take a photo of it and send it to customersupport@n2ubodylounge.co.com. We will take care of the situation immediately, sending you the correct item within two business days.
Damaged Products
In the event that you receive a damaged item, it's important to file a claim with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx and follow their instructions as provided on their respective websites: USPS.com, UPS.com, and FedEx.com.
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday within 5 business days (10 business days during sales). If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking information.
